Payment
Paypal is preferred.
UK buyers may pay by personal cheque, but must wait for cheque clearance before shipping. Please pay promptly. It makes life so much easier. If you are having problems with checkout or Paypal please let me know. If there is no payment and I don't hear from you at all, then I cancel in 3 days.
Shipping
I try to ship in a timely manner. If an item needs to be made up I will contact to let you know.Similarly if there is a delay on a custom order. To ensure prompt shipping, please complete checkout and ensure that your Paypal address is up to date.
Small items are sent by 1st class mail or Standard Parcel mail (UK), as appropriate. International orders are dispatched via airmail.If speed matters, please contact me for revised shipping costs via Special Delivery or Airsure.
For international (non-Europe) orders, buyer is responsible for all customs fees incurred. Refunds and Exchanges If, when you receive your goods, they are not as described, please contact me to arrange a return and refund. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact me so we can discuss the situation. I aim to have happy customers :)

I love to work on custom orders. If your item is personalised with a name you will need to pay upfront as it will not be easy for me to sell a named item in my store. Thank you for your understanding.
